Take out time for yourself:

Balancing between Motherhood and career can be a real burnout. It becomes imperative to take care of yourself once in a while so that you come back fully recharged. Go for a walk, take a spa, visit a friend, read a book, and invest in yourself once in while. Ask your family members for help or hire a nanny or babysitter that you can rely upon to take care of your child

Use your maternity leave wisely by investing in short term courses or learning new skills that could enhance your career goals and overall development. Listen to mental health and well-being podcasts. Build a community and join Facebook pages to learn about how other Moms are coping with it, and take guidance from them. Do what makes you happy, go for walks, enroll in meditation sessions, work on your interests and passions. Fill your own cup first before filling others.
